These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Elite Lineups, including our website, apps, tools, projections, optimizers, simulations, exports, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use fantasy sports services where you are located.

2. Informational Use Only

The service provides data tools and lineup suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not provide gambling, legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee wins, profits, contest outcomes, lineup performance, or suitability for any contest. All entries and lineup decisions are your responsibility.

4. Risk of Loss

Daily fantasy sports involves financial risk. You acknowledge you may lose some or all entry fees and related costs.

5. User Responsibility

• Comply with all local laws and platform rules.
• Verify player status/news and contest details before lock.
• Manage your own bankroll and risk decisions.
• Handle your own tax and reporting obligations.

6. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

7. Billing and Access

Paid access is processed by third-party providers (including Stripe). Fees are billed as selected plan terms provide (for example, monthly or regular-season access), and renewals/cancellations are managed through your payment provider settings.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not resell access, share credentials, reverse engineer the service, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the operation/security of the platform.

9. Third-Party Data

We may rely on third-party feeds/APIs. We do not guarantee third-party data accuracy, completeness, or uptime.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Lineups is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue/opportunity arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, or (b) AUD $100.

12. Consumer Law Carve-Out

Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Elite Lineups for claims/losses arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law/third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
